Terms of Service Agreement
By placing an order with ZenPro Media, you (Listing Agent) agree to the following terms and conditions:
Copyright and Licensing: All media, including photographs and videos, are the exclusive property of ZenPro Media and are protected under copyright laws. By ordering, you are granted a non-transferable license to use the media solely for the purpose of marketing the listed property and promoting yourself as the listing agent. This license is valid only for the duration that the property is on the market.
Prohibited Actions: You are prohibited from selling, transferring, or providing the media to any third party without prior written consent from ZenPro Media. Unauthorized use or distribution of the media will be considered a breach of this agreement and may result in legal action.
Payment Terms: Payment for services is due immediately upon receipt of the media. Failure to download the media does not exempt you from the obligation to pay the invoice in full. All outstanding balances must be settled promptly to avoid any disruption in service or future orders.
Agreement Confirmation: By checking the agreement box and placing an order, you acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions in full. Your continued use of ZenPro Media's services signifies your ongoing compliance with these terms.
ZenPro Media reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. It is your responsibility to review the terms periodically for any updates.
